With 15 years of experience across Human Resources, coaching and recruitment and a BCom in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, she is passionate about recognising potential, building meaningful workplace relationships, and creating structures and processes that balance efficiency with the human touch.

As an Enneagram coach with a strong interest in behavioural dynamics and psychology, she's deeply curious about what drives people, growth and collaboration within teams. She enjoys bringing empathy, insight and strategy into the workplace to help create environments where people can do their best work.
