ACDI is located on the Upper Campus of the University of Cape Town. Directions to the campus are given below. Visitor's parking can be found on Ring Road - please obtain a visitor parking disc from the Visitor's Reception and Information Centre (next to the Sport Centre on the city side entrance to the campus).
Directions to Upper Campus from Cape Town
UCT upper campus is located off the Rhodes Dr/M3 highway. Take exit 7 (Woolsack) and turn right onto N Entrance Road. Continue along this road to the UCT Visitors Centre to obtain a parking disc. Click here for more detailed directions
Directions to the Geological Sciences Building
Once you have obtained a parking disc, proceed up Ring Road past the access controlled security gates. Continue along ring road until you find the visitor parking opposite the traffic office (right) and the entrance to Library Road (left). ACDI is situated in the Geological Sciences Building along Library Road. See campus map below.
The entrance to the building is situation along Library Road and marked with an X below. Once you have entered the building you can take the stairs to the 6th floor or turn left to access the lifts.
