Christopher Oludhe
Research Interests: Climate change risk and variability
Prof. Oludhe is an accomplished meteorologist and climate scientist with over three decades of experience in academia, research, and consultancy. Prof. Oludhe has contributed extensively to national and international climate initiatives, including consultancies with UNEP/GEF, the Ministry of Energy, WHO, and Practical Action, with a focus on wind energy, climate modeling, early warning systems, and climate-health linkages. He has served in several technical working groups on climate change adaptation and vulnerability and played a leading role in developing training curricula for journalists on climate reporting. He is the current Vice Chair of the Kenya Meteorological Society and a recognized expert in climate-smart agriculture and integrated energy services.
