Alexa Brown

Alexa graduated from the ACDI (UCT) in 2016. Today she is working with a dedicated team, putting together the international Adaptation Futures 2018 conference. She is responsible for communications, site visit management and general support to the organising team where it’s needed.

Alexa is proudly South African. She loves the weather in our country. Alexa likes to believe she hasa GPS built into her senses - She is  a geographer at heart.

She is responsible for corporate sponsorship to the conference as well as relationship building and maintaining. Lastly, the role inherently requires her to assist the project manager in administrative and operational tasks such as conference logistical organisation, communications, program design and academic abstract review.
