Project 90 by 2030 is hosting a series of seminars where we unpack developments around the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s) within the context of the drought of sustainability in order to raise awareness about both the importance of COP 21,but also the post-2015 development agenda as a whole.

The global stress on fresh water use is rapidly mounting and South Africa is no exception. With over 98% of our available fresh water already allocated, a growing population and an increase in the severity of droughts, urgent attention must be directed towards addressing this mounting crisis. Eskom is the single largest institutional user of water in the country and developing a strategy to deal with the water impacts of energy must be at the forefront of addressing this situation.

Kindly RSVP to Thando on thando@project90by2030.org.za by the 16th of September 2015.
