James Kaoga
Dr. James Otieno Kaoga is a climate scientist and a faculty member at the Institute for Climate Change and Adaptation (Department of Climate and Earth Sciences) University of Nairobi. He has over twenty years of working experience in training, research and community outreach. His research interest lies in studying social-ecological resilience and socio-cultural dynamics attributed to the adverse effects of climate change. He is a member of several multi-sectoral agencies including the National technical working group on climate change and health, national technical working group on climate change learning strategy and Kenya Green Skills Development Alliance interim board. He is also a registered lead EIA expert with National Environmental Management Authority.
