Tania Duba
Tania Duba is a PhD candidate working on investigating the influence of a participatory scenario planning process on climate risk perceptions in the small-scale fisheries sector. With a strong academic background in oceanography and a keen interest in unravelling the complexities of climate change, climate extremes, climate impact, and climate adaptation, she is committed to making meaningful contributions to the coastal climate science field and small-scale fisheries livelihood. Tania completed her MSc in environmental and geographical science in 2019 and holds a BSC (Hons) in oceanography from UCT. Alongside her PhD, Tania contributes in her affiliated institutions such as CSAG and SAEON as a research assistant and public engagement facilitator.
